I called the store because we had some time constraints for pick up. Melissa was great to make sure everything was ready. She even called me back to say there was going to be some changes to the arrangement due to the delivery that the store received that day. She did a fabulous job and made our sad day much brighter.

*Update* Flowers were delivered the following morning after I called and requested an update. I appreciate the quick service after they were notified. They did look very nice. I'll update my rating to reflect but would recommend if you use the online ordering to make sure they check it. Original review...Flowers did not get delivered when requested. In fact, as I write this review, they are still not delivered.
